Not all homes are the same - Neither is the strategy for selling them

Selling your home is not just about putting a sign on the lawn and setting a price.  In addition to the legal, municipal and provincial requirements, there is also the Market, the advertising, marketing, promotion, preparation, positioning and more. 


How do you prepare your home or condo for sale?  Should you do a home inspection?  Should you stage?  Is there competition in the neighbourhood or building?  What happens if you overprice?  What happens if you're not getting any viewing appointments?  Do you have all your documents?  How do you handle an offer?  What do you do if you get more than one?  What are your responsibilities as a seller?  What are the responsibilities of the buyer? What happens if there are problems after you sell but before the buyers take possession?  What happens if the buyers cannot close?
